Shinna Faulkner

With 15 years of experience as a qualified Early Childhood Educator, I hold my ECE Level 2
certification and current Childcare First Aid & CPR. I provide a structured, nurturing
environment where children thrive through consistent daily routines and developmentally
appropriate, child-led play.

My programming is grounded in play-based learning. Predictable rhythms give children a
strong sense of security, while activities are guided by their interests and developmental
goals. Programming includes outdoor exploration, creative arts, sensory experiences, and
early literacy.

I am committed to maintaining professional communication with families, upholding all
health, safety, and licensing standards, and fostering a respectful, inclusive space.
My priority is to support each child’s confidence, social skills, and love of learning.
