Step 2: Meet the Educators

Contact the educators directly to:

• Introduce yourself and share your preferred start date

• Arrange a visit to the dayhome

• Conduct an interview and see if the environment feels like the right fit for your child

It’s important that your child and the educator meet before moving forward with registration, so both sides feel comfortable and connected.

Step 3: Choose Your Day home

Once you’ve found the perfect match and the educator agrees to care for your child(ren), reach out to our agency to confirm your decision.

We’ll then send you:

• A personalized online registration link

• Step-by-step instructions to complete enrollment

Step 4: Secure Your Spot

To finalize registration:

• Submit your online application

• Pay the $85 registration fee

• Provide any additional required documents

Once received, your child’s space is officially secured, and your family becomes part of the Woodlands Kids Co community!
