All consulting services are led by Mandy Janse van Rensburg, Executive Director with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, leadership, and operations.

Hourly Consulting Support

$150 per hour

Our hourly consulting option is ideal for short-term, focused, or one-off support. This service provides direct access to experienced leadership when you need answers, clarity, or professional guidance.

  • New educators exploring opening a dayhome or daycare

  • Programs preparing for licensing or inspections

  • Directors or owners needing guidance on a specific issue

  • Support with compliance questions or non-compliance follow-ups

  • Operational, staffing, or policy-related questions

  • Professional advice before making major decisions

  • One-on-one consultative sessions (virtual or in-person where applicable)

  • Review of your current challenges, goals, or concerns

Monthly Area Director Consulting Package

$2,000 per month | Up to 20 hours of support

Our Monthly Area Director Consulting Package is a comprehensive, ongoing partnership designed to provide consistent leadership, oversight, and mentorship to your program.

This service functions as an external Area Director, supporting your director, assistant director, or ownership team, without the cost or obligation of hiring a full-time leadership role.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Ongoing mentorship for directors and assistant directors

  • Leadership coaching and decision-making support

  • Professional guidance through complex or high-pressure situations

  • Support with staff management and leadership challenges

Licensing & Compliance Oversight

  • Guidance on provincial licensing requirements

  • Support addressing non-compliances and corrective action plans

  • Review of policies, procedures, and documentation

  • Proactive compliance support to reduce future risks

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Oversight of day-to-day operational challenges

  • Strategic planning for growth, structure, and sustainability

  • Advice on staffing models, scheduling, and ratios

Monthly Director / Owner Strategy Meeting

  • Dedicated monthly meeting with owners and/or directors
