Educator Requirements 

To become a Woodlands Kids Co educator, you must meet the following provincial and agency requirements:

• Be 18 years or older

• Have a valid Child Care Certification (minimum Level 1)

• Hold current Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR

• Provide a clear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (for yourself and all residents 18+)

• Submit a Child Intervention Record Check

• Have a safe, clean, smoke-free home environment

• Be physically and emotionally able to care for children

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and agency visits
